RETURNS & REFUNDS

Aesthetic Code is determined to provide the best experience possible and understands that not all consumers will have the same experience when using our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

This policy does not include in clinic treatments. 

For full priced items, we offer returns for unopened products within 14 days of purchase back to the original form of payment. 

To return your product, please contact us at enquiries@aestheticcode.com.au for the return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Alternatively you can return your product by visiting our clinic. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are shipping your return item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not take responsibility for lost returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@aestheticcode.com.au
